Through personal experience, and her own trails and attempts, and years of being in Fitness Industry she has learnt the good and the bad of training. She has learnt the do's and don'ts...And most of all she learnt balance. Key word to any and all aspects of life.
Being a Yoga Instructor as well, she learnt a way to work WITH the body and breath to achieve, over planned progression, steady and lasting results. In a society where everyone is looking for a "quick fix" she has learnt best is to apply her motto to everything: "keep up" & "Fitness is a Lifestyle for a Lifetime"

In personal training sessions she takes into account all of your goals, limitations, injuries, current lifestyle and fitness level, habits, health condition, fitness history, background etc. and design a plan and program specific to YOUR needs. Through continuously educating, motivating, supporting, and training you, you will receive highest of service, knowledge, and results. For no dream is impossible with dedication and commitment. In this group fitness class, designed for all levels from beginner/novice to intermediate and fitness freak, you will be challenged at your own level. If you are a type that doesn't like to sweat , soon you will LOVE to sweat! It is a great way to jump start your fitness program. You will get the support and motivation you need to develop a life long habit of fitness training.
This class is designed for all levels. With little and/or no equipment, class is fun, powerful, motivating, educational, diverse, and effective. Group energy will hold and support you, keep you motivated and strong.
Classes are 1hr long, HITT, dynamic, Interval style of training with weights, body weight, plyometrics and compound exercises. Bootcamp workouts are great calorie burners. You get aerobic and muscle toning at the same time. Improve your cardio, core, endurance, strength, balance, flexibility, and speed. Results you will receive are multiple: improved cardio, healthy body, improved endurance, muscle definition, toning, sculpting, flexibility, agility, coordination, and overall well - being.
