CLASS DESCRIPTION


All classes are metabolic conditioning or strength & conditioning. Focusing on fat burn, increasing lean muscle mass, improving speed, endurance, strength, conditioning, cardio, performance, increasing stamina, energy, and overall bringing optimal well being.


Classes are full body workouts with weights, high intensity & loaded with plyos, and explosiveness.


In every class we use variety of "toys" ranging from free weights, battleropes, kettlebells, bars, tires, sleds, gliders, trx, bands, box jumps, monkey bars, rowers, outdoors etc. They can be team based, partner based or solo.
